Shipping policy

DELIVERY POLICY:

All orders are dispatched on working days from Monday through Friday, excluding US Public Holidays.

  1. Standard delivery with FedEx carrier $8.50. Delivery costs and times may vary depending on destination within the United States. 
  2. Standard delivery is free on orders over $75.
  3. Express Delivery with FedEx carrier Service Next Day Delivery (For orders placed before 13:00hrs) $15. Delivery costs and times may vary depending on destination within the United States.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

2.1 Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

2.2 Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. In some cases, payments are taken by the card issuer and held in a secure account until the checks are completed. In this case, we will contact you to confirm key details and next steps with the order. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. 

2.3 Sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer.  

2.4 Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions may lead to delays with shipping and delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for these issues.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

3.1 If the goods are to be rejected in the time limit set in the Terms of Service, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined in clause 3.2, below. QMS Medicosmetics / QMS Medicosmetics, Inc. will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the aforementioned return procedure.

3.2 The Customer must send all returns within 14 days of receipt to: QMS Medicosmetics / QMS Medicosmetics, Inc., QMS Medicosmetics / QMS Medicosmetics, Inc, 3OVO, 135 Spagnoli Rd, Melville NY 11747. It is advisable that a certificate of posting is obtained.

3.3 A returns label must be obtained from the Customer Services team, via email at contact@qmsmedicosmetics.com

3.4 In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned QMS Medicosmetics / QMS Medicosmetics, Inc, 3OVO, 135 Spagnoli Rd, Melville NY 11747, before the refund or replacement can be issued. Where goods have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We strongly recommend taking photographs of any damaged items or packaging to support your claim. If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please contact our customer team before opening the package, via email at contact@qmsmedicosmetics.com.

3.5 In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction, the Customer is entitled to a partial refund (full refund less postage, where standard post & packaging will be charged at $8.50) only. Goods must be returned to QMS Medicosmetics / QMS Medicosmetics, Inc. before the partial refund can be issued. When returning items you are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

3.6 If the order contained a free gift this will need to be returned along with the purchased product in order to receive a refund.
